These Terms govern your use of AI Power Atlas (aipoweratlas.com), operated by Integrity eSolutions Inc. (dba AI Power Research), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By accessing this service, you agree to these Terms.
AI Power Atlas provides daily and weekly AI industry intelligence reports, newsletters, blog content, and structural analysis using the 10-Layer AI Power Map framework. Content is available in Free and Pro subscription tiers.
Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, and applicable tax collection and remittance on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal (link provided in your confirmation email) or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
All reports, analyses, newsletters, and content published on this service are the intellectual property of Integrity eSolutions Inc. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish any content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use and brief quotation with attribution are permitted.
