About AI Power Atlas

We track who gains and loses power in AI — not who makes headlines.

OUR MISSION

Structural Power Analysis, Not News Curation

Every day, the AI industry produces a flood of news — funding rounds, model launches, partnerships, regulatory moves. But which events actually shift who controls the industry? Which are noise?

AI Power Atlas exists to answer that question. We don't summarize AI news — we analyze the structural power flows that reshape the industry, the forces that determine who wins and loses long term.

Power moves in layers. Understanding AI requires understanding all ten of them — together.

WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT

Four Structural Advantages

10-Layer Framework
Every AI event maps to exactly one layer — compute, models, middleware, platforms, apps, vertical, capital, geopolitics, safety, or macro impact. Comprehensive coverage, zero ambiguity.
Cross-Layer Feedback Loops
We track structural feedback loops that capture non-linear dynamics — how geopolitics reshapes compute, how capital flows pull model strategy, how middleware locks in platform power.
Scenario Verification
We make predictions, record them with checkpoints, and publicly verify results — HIT, PARTIAL, or MISS. Our track record is public and only builds credibility with time.
Daily Intelligence Cadence
Every week we rotate through all 10 layers on a structured cycle. No layer sits idle for more than a week.
THE DAILY PIPELINE

How We Produce Structural Intelligence

1
Scan Sources
Monitor primary and specialized news sources, research papers, company announcements, policy releases, and funding data.
2
Map to Layers
Classify each significant event to one of the 10 layers and identify which feedback loops activate.
3
Identify Power Shifts
Extract the most significant power movements — who gains, who loses, what structural lock-in is forming.
4
Track Scenarios
Update the forward-looking scenario model — has event probability changed, which checkpoint progressed.
5
Publish
Release the daily intelligence report as a structured newsletter, blog post, and archive.
TEAM

Built by AI Power Research

AI Power Research is an independent intelligence publication tracking structural power shifts across the AI industry — combining rigorous data analysis, structural frameworks, and long-term scenario planning.

Our team has experience across venture capital, corporate strategy, government policy, and AI research. We approach AI power as structural analysts — tracking control, dependencies, lock-in, and feedback loops.

LANGUAGE EXPANSION

Expanding Intelligence, One Language at a Time

APA currently publishes in English, Korean, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese. Six more languages are queued, each unlocked at 500 subscribers in that region — every new language also expands our intelligence collection into that region's local sources.

On-demand · Goal: 500 subscribers

How language expansion works

Every language unlocks at 500 subscribers in its region. Arabic and Simplified Chinese have no fixed date — they start building the moment that goal is hit. The other four have a scheduled quarter, but it's a ceiling, not a floor: reach 500 early and we move the launch up right away.

When a new language launches, our intelligence collection expands to include local-language sources from that region — richer analysis for every subscriber.
