Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
All AI Power Atlas Pro subscription payments — monthly and annual — are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately upon payment and you waive any applicable withdrawal or cooling-off rights to the extent permitted by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal (link provided in your confirmation email) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to Pro content until the end of the paid period.
Annual Pro subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Once payment is processed, the full annual fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including early cancellation. Access continues through the end of the 12-month period.
Founding Member subscriptions ($15/month or $150/year, available through August 31, 2026) are non-refundable under the same terms as standard Pro subscriptions.

In these cases, reach out through our contact form within 14 days of the charge with your order details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, process a correction promptly.
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback using this policy and your purchase record as evidence. We encourage you to reach out directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
The Free tier has no cost and therefore no refund process. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.
